Tea bags, powdered milk, artificial syrup flavorings and dried fruit flavorings work for some people, and not for others--and we are not the ones to judge. What we care about is serving darn good tea, and in order to do so, maintain a high level of quality and honesty in every aspect of our business. 

• As with all businesses, we started from scratch. This gives us a very unique opportunity to be completely transparent by sharing our experiences with you as we build our brand, including our adventures with Construction, Design and Sourcing teas
• Speaking of transparency, we have an open kitchen. From the register, you have a clear view of our entire operations. This means you can watch as we brew our teas from whole tea leaves, craft your drink from start to finish, or bag your artisan tea leaves. We have nothing to hide, and you can track our every movement to confirm it
• As for quality, you already know from reading about How We Source Our Ingredients and How We Make Our Drinks that we care a lot about what we serve. But we also care a lot about who is serving you, and where you enjoy our tea, which is why we also have high standards for customer service, ambiance and cleanliness
• Most importantly, we care about sharing our passion for good tea with you. We carefully crafted our menus so that tea drinkers from all walks of life can find a cup of tea to enjoy at our tea house, and designed our website so that everyone can learn about where our teas came from and how to enjoy them at home
