Hand carved by a Chinese Artisan in the Shin Kazuho style with very long prongs and a wide diameter. This style is preferred by many serious tea ceremony practitioners in Japan. The whisk feels very light in your hand, and the quality and shape help to create a very smooth crema.
This is an excellent upgrade to a standard whisk, and a great bargain if you are looking for something that is not quite as expensive as our Japan crafted Shin Kazuho whisks, yet close in functionality. Whisk stand sold separately.
