Our premier ceremonial grade matcha comes from our long time partner in Anjo. They are a family owned, vertically integrated company that controls all steps of production from cultivation to processing to final grinding. This matcha has a clean, crisp, and remarkably balanced flavor profile. Like all of our matcha, it is crafted from tender shade grown tea leaves that are carefully ground using granite mills.

A 30g tin makes approximately 15 servings. An 80g bag makes approximately 40 servings.
