Like all of our other matcha, and unlike other "Barista grade" matcha's on the market, our Barista Grade is a true ceremonial grade matcha made exclusively from first-flush ceremonial-grade leaves, and is an alternative to our Select Grade matcha, for premium food use.
Barista Grade matcha offers a smoother, more direct flavor profile. Its straightforward taste serves as a versatile canvas—ideal for pairing with milk, fruit, or sparkling beverages—while maintaining the quality and purity of true ceremonial matcha.
