It took six months of meticulous development to perfect our custom organic Sencha. This blend weaves the deep umami of Asatsuyu and Saemidori with the structure of Yabukita, rounded out by Yutakamidori and Okumidori. The result is a remarkably balanced tea: crisp, sweet, and velvety on the palate.
